Having said that, finding a bar that serves coffee is inversely proportional to the probability of finding an expresso worthy of its name. The exception proves the rule, but this time the rule comes from a man, Gianni Frasi, a coffee roaster that has made of his job a mission, a philosophy and a lifestyle.
